I am in need of a Oberhamer speed boot, my friend is looking for it doesn't know what number it is but it has the flame in the middle of the foot. If anyone has any idea or has a pair for sale drop me a line. Women's size 8. Thank you in advance.

If it's a shorter boot that has a wide white stripe down the center of each side, containing the Oberhamer "O" that has a flame extending from it, the boot is the XL-35.

If this is indeed the boot, good luck finding it, since they stopped producing these boots in the early to mid 80's and Oberhamer is no longer in business.

Tell your friend to hang tight. I know of someone that is in the process of retooling the old Oberhamer 351's and 641's. He says he should have all of the patterns cut by the New Year and ready to start making new boot based on these great classics. I should have one in hand in a few weeks to try out. I will be spreading the word after I have a chance to skate on them. If they are as good as old Roy's boots he is going to make a lot of people really happy.

Your not kidding that he will make a lot of people happy (I would be included). I have been needing a new pair of skates, an Obie replica boot would be nice.

I will send my source an email and get a time frame on this new boot. He is supposed to come to Nashville in March but I hope he can send me a pair before then. Once I have a pair and get a chance to skate on them. I will put a review of them on every message board out there.

Talked to my boot man. He says the first one should be finished in the next week. He is coming to town in March and I hope he will have mine made at that time. He is hoping that he can start taking orders by the end of March first of April.

XL, any chance your contact can make an old Featherlight replica? That was far and away my favorite boot, especially the 1/2" thick foam on the tongue.

Unfortunately, it was made of kangaroo and the inner developed holes really quickly.

Chuck I agree with you that was also my fav. I pulled the heel off of it though. I have asked him to make me a 641 without the extra straps. That should be very similar to the original featherweight.
Did I tell you about the boots I found for my 9 yo daughter. I found her a brand new 351 and a brand new featherweight. She is set for the next 2 - 3 years with brand new oberhamer boots to skate in.

As for the Featherweight, I actually pulled the heel off of mine as well. I have flatter feet, so that made the boot much more comfortable.

I also had a pair of Oberhamer 61BR (I think that was the model) that I did the same to.

www.lowpriceskates.com claims to have NEW old school oberhamer boots! They are cheap in price! A size 12 is $130.00 just for the boots!

I loved those boots! I still have my size 6 in white! I put a lot of miles on those boots!!!! I'm not in need of a new boot, but thought about buying it just to have it in my size!!!!!

This is the e mail sent back to me after I questioned the boot...............

The Oberhamer boots on the site - are the boots from back in the day - but I don't think the tongue's are really that thick, yes they do have padding though.

Thanks

Okay everybody here is the deal with LPS and the Oberhamers. Luther has an old buddy that has lots of stuff from back in the day. He has a few of the 351's but they are all small people sizes. I think the biggest thing he has is a size 5. I am still keeping in touch with my guy down in GA. He is still pushing forward with his plans to recreate these boots. He has had some set backs with getting all of the patterns completed, but he assures me that he is determined to make this happen. I email him once a month to check on his progress. Like the rest of you I am very anxious to see if he can pull this off.
I have told him time and time again that if he can make them people will buy them as fast as he can make em.

Hey Chuck Im gonna hijack this thread for a second but I have to tell ya. I finally found my XL plate...well close enough. I found an Ultimate SST with out the toestop. Its titanium so it actually lighter and stronger than the xl. I plan to mount my 595 on it and I have some brand new american made Cannibals to put on it. Now I can retire and spend my days as the oldest rink rat in Nashville.
Hey Doc....thanks again.....you ROCK!!!!!!

Every single person I knew that bought them ended up replacing them.

I, myself, never liked the look of the 351. I didn't see the use for the 2nd set of laces. As for Oberhamer, I had 3 other pairs, a Featherlight, an XL-35 (you'd probably remember these, extremely low cut with the 2" wide white stripe with the flying "O" in gold), and 61BR (my first speed boot).

I miss Oberhamer. They made better boots at that time than Riedell did, IMO.

Man.. Me & the hubby braved the Sat night (spring break, even) session last night since the rink was going to be closed tonight and we would not be able to skate our normal Sun night session.

I'm sitting at the snack bar & I see a blaze of something white that caught my eye.. Right before me is a 11 or 12 year old kid wearing his mothers white oberhamer 351's. They looked pristine! He let me look at the skates and then he was off.

I was forced to endure the torture of watching the kid beat the toes of the boot on the kick plate at the snack bar, the video games, the walls.... I was suffering the entire night! (Did I mention they were MY size?) At one point he was slinging the skates across the floor. I was sick..

I told my hubby that we would now camp out at the rink at closing time on Fri & Sat nights trying to find this kids mother so I can "Rescue" the skates. Hubby asked me if I was going to open a Rescue Group for O's.. lol

They could be but the last time we talked he was not making any yet. He had some of these same boots and told me that they had been produced in South America. He also had a case of these. They were stamped a size 9 but looked more like a 10 or 11. I would ask for the length of the boot before buying one of these. Also they are not made from the same buttery soft leather that all Oberhamers were made from. Its not going to be the same.

Up till about 73, all the Oberhamer 61BRS were made from Kangaroo leather exclusively. Then when the Australian Govt put them on the endangered species list, the hides stopped coming into the country, so Roy switched over to a very supple cowhide, nicknamed "Kangocow".

Just a little history lesson....

Curious who is the guy in Jersey selling them, anyone know??

Okay, I am still really unsure about this person in NJ. One of the pictures shows several boxes but I have asked for an inventory and they will not respond. Make me wonder what they have. As far as those white replicas go, my friend in GA has some also and we have looked at them very close. Its not a bad boot but is is no where near an Oberhamer. The leather is extremely stiff. I didnt like it.
Now onto an update from GA. Shay sent me a note today telling me that all of the patterns and molds are finally complete and the machinery needed to make the boots has been purchased he said that he can finally see a start up of making these boots in the next few weeks. Again, he has promised to send one to me as soon as they are done so I can skate on it and give him some feed back. If they are quality product and he can take orders. I will send out the news to everyone that is interested and have everyone email me sizes and addresses and I will forward it to him and he can contact each of you to arrange making your boots for you.

Can I get an AMEN from the congregation!
His whole motivation behind making these boots is the fact that you cant get anything that is so soft and comfortable right out of the box. So I hope he has been able to find a supplier that can provide leather that will satisfy all of us.

I have been doing business with some of the finest custom saddle makers in the country for over 25 years. Trust me when I tell you the hides are out there, all one has to do is be willing to pay for quality raw material, or know where to go for it!

If he is using less than acceptable hides, anyone that is, not just him, for example the Reidell boots just mentioned, then they are buying low grade leather, and selling it for hi grade prices.....that will only last so long before the boots are personanongrata!

Ill say this about Roy, he was diligent, persistant and would not ship a boot unless it passed his qualty control standards, that is why we loved his merchandise, we could stand behind every shipment, 100% satisfaction guaranteed....it was a pleasure to represent Oberhamer....he was a class act!

IMO, The best leather used on quads was back in the early 80's when they used kangaroo on some of the Oberhamers. (I'm not sure if Riedell ever used kangaroo)

Chuck, I had a Reidell that was kangaroo back in the late 70's it was used.
I wore it out and then made the switch over to Obehamer in 76. That Reidell was very soft and very comfortable.

yes about 7 or 8 years ago riedell stopped using the top leather because of cost and they have kept it that way. even the shin and finish of the leather is different now. i think the other more expensive boots that are custom by sp teri, harwick, etc use the better leather

Actually, I purchased 2 of the 351 boots off of e-bay from that guy with all of the boots. I have had fairly good luck with e-bay in the past, so I decided to try it.

The first one came in today. As far as I can tell it is the real deal. I do own 2 other Oberhamer boots I picked up back in the late 80's. It has all the appropriate markings- the oberhamer stamp on the bottom, the made in usa stamp on the bottom. The oberhamer symbol is in the correct spot and there is even similar writing on the inside as my other boots. The leather feels like the other leather I have (just not as worn).

Did you buy the actual 351's or the 351 STYLE boots? I don't doubt the authenticity of the ones marked 351.. it is the 351 STYLE boots that we are concerned with.

He has mentioned Red, Blue, Black, White and Pink and also talked about doing combinations. Pink and Black, Red White and Blue and so on.
I should receive a pair in the next month to mount, skate on and provide feedback on what I like and dont like. I am thrilled to know that I will be getting one of the first pairs and that he has trusted me with giving my opinion of the boot. It may take a little more time before he has the manufacturing process down but he is determined to create a quality product.
I would imagine that anycolor will be possible. It all depends on his leather supplier.

I have a set of 351 O's but I do not have any problems with the insole burning my feet. I did not get mine from there. I heard that there were some fake O's (that were made in S. America) circulating around TX & OK. Those might have been some of those. :frown:

How soft is the leather on that first prorotype?

Also any ides on price yet? $200, $300?

I sill run my 1983 351 black Kanga's with straps but they are 1/2 a size tight at 11 1/2, and I can only run a thin sock so a few new sized 12 pairs will be in order when he is ready.

Does he know how busy he will be making us all our dream boots?

His vision is to recreate them as close to the originals as possible.
That includes using the softest leathers he can find. I am hoping that his supplier has been able to give him what he wants. I have also learned recently that the Kangaroo leather market is open again. Who knows maybe he will eventually import the real deal for making these boots.

Here is the story as I know it to date. He has a partner that is a boot maker.
This guy already has the needed machinery to make the boots. He has an upolstry business and has heavy duty sewing machines. They aquired absoultly nothing from Oberhamer. I was told that he looked into the possibility but Riedell bought everything and destroyed all of the patterns to kill the competition. These guys found as many Oberhamers that they could get there hands on and dismantled them. They used that as a starting point and worked with a third party who used the parts to create all of the patterns to make the boots. They also had to go to another party to have the last made. That has all been done. They also spend alot of time with a lawer to make sure they were not going to be sued after the fact for making these boots. The lawer has done the research and given them the green light to go ahead. So that is where we are. The have taken the high road to make this product. I am sure they could have gone to China and been cranking these boots out last year but I believe my man is in this for life and sees himself being just like old Roy Oberhamer, 30 years from now still making these boots by hand. I wish him all the best and cant wait to get my boot.
The local speed team is traveling down to Cedartown on the 22nd and I hope to get my boots on that trip.
You can send me an email with your info to thburdeshaw@nctc.com
and I will pass this along to give him an idea of how many he needs to crank out in the next few months.

Just a quick comment on keeping the cost down:

Don't use metal eyelets all the way down the boot.

Only the top 2-3 "rows" of holes need eyelets, because that's where all the stress of pulling the laces tight is. Also, eyelets all-the-way looks ugly.

Granted, eyelets are probably only a buck each, but when you only have to fit six instead of twenty, there's both a labour (time) and cost ($14?) saving to be had.

My boss has promised me that I will not be on the road as much this year. My partner has been working while I have been away, but I am getting back in the shop this week and we are setting some major deadlines for the next few months. The boots measure 11.5" from outside tip to tip. My foot is 11" long and they fit me exact with my toe touching front of boot with no extra room. I Hope that helps. There was no markings inside the boot so I guessed at size 10 since they were tight on my foot which I normally wear an 11. they are probably more like a 10.5 but those of you out there that know boots may be able to confirm size from the measurements i just provided?

I ran into someone from his rink this weekend and it appears that he is just spreading himself too thin right now. He said he has the very best of intentions but just cant get it all done along with his job and family life. This guy saw the boot he has made so far and it still needs some work, so he is not ready for any production right now, and not any in the foreseeable future.

Hey Susan, I got an email this a.m. when I got to work. He says my boots should be fininshed by the Boro NTF meet. I agree its hard to make that leap of faith and go full time with the dream. I will hold out to see what happens.

I take my daughter to Skate-O-Rama in Bullitt county. They have a morning skate for 12 and under....perfect for her (she's 4). We are heading there right now!! When I was on the race team (many yrs ago) I skated for Highview.

Wow, you have Black Doamond plates that didn't break? These things were synonymous with breaking.

I keep reading on here that Black Diamond plates had a breakage problem??? thats really news to me I raced on em suckers for...what 3-4 years and Never had a problem with them. I even passed them down to another speeder on my team and I haven't gotten served any papers as of yet and that was ooooh 17-18 years ago! Maybe I just got a good lucky pair!:D

hey i've been on a diamond for oh about 20 years. got it in 88 so thats about right i'm 6.2 and 225 never ever had a problem. but i'm a speed skater not a jumper fool arounder. although they did make 2 versions of the diamond the first version didn't have the metal toe stop and truck inserts and i did see people strip them out like satelites and lasers. good plates. i went from an ultimate 1 to the diamond because i wanted more flex, because my feet hurt all the time. the magnesium in the ultimates was extremely stiff. i do know if the diamonds were not on a good quality boot that had really stiff sole. then they were way to flexable. maybe thats why so many people had problems. all i know is me and my relay partner skated many a nationals on them, know problems. in fact they were just skated on last week at practice.

Ya I remember people doing some crazy garage craft with them too! lol I think that may be part of my problem with my dominator's They are super stiff and well I think I'm going to follow the Docs advise and look into roll lines! and i will probably have to suffer with a crappy 122! ew maybe a custom boot those 122's look like newbie boots!

I'm glad someone decided to do this! Those look awesome! Crossing fingers for baby blue!

People make knock offs of the worlds greatest fashion designers things and get away with it ALL THE TIME! And your talking about multi million dollar companies annually... i dont think Roy Oberhamer was making that kinda bread. I just walked in the house with Shelby. We came in from practice, and there was a box sitting on the kitchen table. Uh huh.....My first impression.
OUTSTANDING WORKMANSHIP. I will be mounting them on my Ultimate Dominator and skating on them this weekend. I will also be taking lots of pics but I want to get the okay to put them up before I go crazy. I have been given the once in a lifetime privilege to test drive these new boots.
They are absolutely beautiful. The leather although not Kangaroo is nice and soft. The counters are long and feel nice and stiff. Included was even an original Oberhamer guide for the lacing system. I loved that.
Now for those of you that dont know I have a friend that for three years has been working from scratch to bring an old favorite back to the skating world.
This has been a long week for me. I got the email On monday that all of the legal issues were finally over and they must be because I am looking at a brand new pair of the nicest boots I have seen in a long time.

Interesting post you have there A Town, so lets see,,,,

You obviously knew Roy personally, visited his plant, and his home and his bank, know quite a bit about the fellow, even how much wealth he may or may not have ammassed in his lifetime is that correct??

You also have intimate knowledge of the Oberhammer family and name, how much of the use of their name is protected from misuse or unauthorized use, I guess because you yourself are a lawyer and were probably there when his family took over the rights to the firm is that correct?

I also guess you never heard of Google and other engine searches, where one could simply plug in a name and see what and whom is using or plan to use a name for a given purpose is that correct??

Or maybe you feel this website is exclusive and only for your eyes only??

Roy in case you do not know, was one of the most successful bootmakers of all time, I cannot tell you in terms of total dollars sold (His was a private company and those details are confidential) , but I had been to his plant, we had represented the factory for 6 years as a leading distributor, and I can tell you he woluld turn over in his grave to know that anyone was planning a knock off of one of his products and using his name freely in describing his products, if it was unauthorized...if this legal inquiry which has been intimated here is true and it has indeed been settled, then it would appear that both the Oberhammer family and their lawyer are now comfortable and have resolved any concerns..

But please take this more seriously.....you speak from inexperience on such matters...there is way more to this then surface impressions. Why some manufacturers choose to go after knock off fabricators, and others choose not to do so is a question that can only be answered by each individual....
that too is a very complex scenario.....one weighs the cost of pursual to the cost of injury and makes a decision obviously....none of which explains what happened in this instance....

There seems to be a suspicion on your part that the Legal issue never happened....but then again you have all the answers...

The lawer for other the other party is for real. Splitwoods is right, you can make a knock off and sell it out of your trunk but if you want to start up a legit company and sell a product you better make sure you are going to be able to sell it and not end up in court for years because another party decides that they have the right to your profits.
The Oberhamer family had been contacted early in the process and for their part, the okay was given over a year ago for him to proceed with their blessings. The last stall came from the person who was running the company when they closed the doors and went out of business. He was a hired gun.
Shay wanted to recreate the boot as close to the orginal as possible. He also wanted to be able to tie it to the original product as much as possible. His intention is to pay homage to Roy and his company. I think this had alot to do with the reason the family did not fight him on this. As far as I know they will not be sold under the Oberhamer name.
I am impressed with his fortitude many people would have given up long before this. He has never stopped pushing forward with making this happen.
I am also impressed the the product at first inspection. They are very well made and so close the the original its very hard to tell they are not the real thing.

You can save the sweet talk and the sarcasim.

There was a direct intimation in your post that detail that my friend Tracy was trying to provide was not true or inaccurate. And when someone pulls that on a friend, yes I will say something and try and set the record proper...

He is a heck of a lot closer to the fellow trying to bring this product to the market then you will ever be, and I for one would take his word on whatever he is hearing from the source to be truthful, over what you "Think" may be the case.

As far as using Roy's name on this boot, I personally would rather the manufacturer use his own. There would be far more opportunity for a knockoff to fail or not live up to the original by a startup company..let this boot stand on it's own 2 feet so to speak....

Calvano and I were proud to work with Roy. Donn and I created the original engineering for the first low cut racing shoe ever produced by him, it was the forerunner and prototype for all low cut models to follow from the 61BR
onward...first we tested them personally, tweaked them several times thru design alterations, then had several National champions work with us, tweaked them some more, until we finally went into production....the rest as they say is history.....

This was way before any other bootmaker in the US had even thought about manufacturing a low cut boot....I am talking 1970....were you even born yet????

I still have one of the first 2 pair ever produced here in like new condition, and they have many miles on them...

Splitswoods, I don't think A-Town was trying to discredit your friend, he is a youthful person who making an idle comment and I think he was just surprized he offended you. Is that right, A-Town?

I am sorry for teasing you about misspelling Oberhamer. I felt you were being a bit harsh with your response to him.

We all want your friend's friend to succeed and provide us with good boots in the Oberhamer style eventually. I have some 351's and they are great. Roy Oberhamer obviously was a very successful bootmaker to have so many of us lining up to have replica boots made in the same tradition. So thank you for your pioneer engineering efforts in this area. Peace?

Thank you for your kind words.

I could care less what your buddy ever thinks of me. I don't post here for a popularity contest, simply trying to add some been there, done that history to the forum. All I know is Roy was one of the finest gentlemen I ever met in the Skate industry. He took great pride in his workmanship and stood behind every one of his boots he ever shipped. If there was ever a problem, he repaired them or replaced them, right away, no questions asked.

I recall telling him about a skater I was coaching, that had not even 2 dimes to rub together but was long on skills. I set a nice pair of plates and our wheels and bearings aside for him as a gift.. He told me to mount a pair of his best boots, as a Christmas present for the lad....that is the Roy I remember!

When I see a person speak in a negative way about a friend to the sport, Roy, Tracy or anyone else I know personally, I will stand up for their honor and integrity.

When Roy passed away we lost one of the greats.

Far as my spelling or typing goes, it aint worth a darn, the sec'y died, as long as you can get the idea, this aint no spelling bee.

Your welcome Splitwoods, and I don't know A-Town, or anyone else on here for that matter. I know everyone on the forum has the great good sense to share the same obsession in skating as I have, :) so in a sense we are all kindred spirits. It is always good to hear about the background and history on the sport we all love.

You can save the sweet talk and the sarcasim.

Id never sweet talk a man 1st off and there was nothing sarcastic about what i said

There was a direct intimation in your post that detail that my friend Tracy was trying to provide was not true or inaccurate. And when someone pulls that on a friend, yes I will say something and try and set the record proper...

Tracy and i have talked numerous times about these boots behind the walls of this forum. I was in no way trying to accuse him of false information....Sorry you took it that way

He is a heck of a lot closer to the fellow trying to bring this product to the market then you will ever be, and I for one would take his word on whatever he is hearing from the source to be truthful, over what you "Think" may be the case.

What does this have to do with anything? I already have REAL Oberhamers... I wish Shay all the best of luck but personally... i have no desire to know this man.

As far as using Roy's name on this boot, I personally would rather the manufacturer use his own. There would be far more opportunity for a knockoff to fail or not live up to the original by a startup company..let this boot stand on it's own 2 feet so to speak....

Makes sense to me but this has nothing to do with me or Tracy i would imagine.

I will not appologize for anything i have said but i will explain what i was talking about when i wrote that post. I simply thought that someone was giving Tracy the run-around. I know he has waited on these boots for awhile now and i just thought that this was an excuse as to why the production had stopped/not finished etc... Also Richard i have met Tracy and would never question anything he says on this forum. I was simply questioning what came from someone elses mouth. Tracy and I have always gotten along and i have nothing but respect for him. I also have the up most respect for the greatest speed boot builder to ever live and thats Mr. Roy Oberhamer. Im sorry you took it the wrong way.........

Tracy:

Good to see you finally have in hand your sample pair, now the true test, how they skate, how comfortable they are as they break in and beyond, how well the counters hold up, how well the stitching and the tongue liner holds up etc...

Is this his only prototype pair thus far??

What is his projection on how long it will take to start to inventory sizes for prompt shipment and what does he propose to sell them for??

I want to mount them tonight so I can skate this weekend. I do not know about pricing at this time. This in not the first or only pair. Shay has a pair,
I now have mine and I believe that there are two or three other pairs for testing. Shay told me that he had pairs made for 4 people to skate quad nationals but the legal hassel stopped that. I saw Chet at Nationals and he confirmed that all 4 pairs of the boots were done and he had seen them. Chet owns the Cedartown Rink where Shay lives.
When I asked Shay about what he was doing last he told me that he was continuing to purchase leather and cutting it up in patterns to start production. He also has his website designed. He intends to make the boots based on the original patterns. So to put the burning question to rest, they
are just like the originals as far as width is concerned. Making wider boots would not be an easy task.
Richard you are aware but for the folks that dont know. Everything would have to be modified. New patterns made and cut new last made and retooling for new soles. It would be just as easy to make a complete custom based on molds from your feet. Based on the cost of full customs boots these days
most of us wont opt for that. If you happen to have 500 - 1000 to throw at customs and are willing to wait for two to three months then you might be able to get him to make you a pair of 12's in a D or E width.
He is on the road right now. I will ask him next week for details on when the web site will be up and running. I am sure he will want the testers to skate the boots and provide some feedback before he flips the switch.

Tracy:

We sold a LARGE volume of boots for Roy over the timeframe we distributed for him. The vast majority never had problems with the standard width boots, however Roy did make up widths on custom order, as you say it simply takes time and money to do so, but could be done back in the day. A good shoemaker could streatch at least a half size without overstressing the older boots.....a full C to a D for example using that method I would not trust personally...JMHO!

FYI a good skate test timeframe for us would go all the way from First workout, thru complete breakin of the boot, and then a month or two, start to finish...we kept good records of everything we liked and disliked and reported to Roy regularly until we eventually had it to where we wanted it...
To each their own! Good luck Tracy.....

They are very comfy. I have been on them three times. The first skate I got a couple of hot spots. No blisters, no blood. Thats a good thing. I got the trucks set up on Sunday finally and they skate nice. I will continue with updates on the break in as I continue to skate them.
Not one word about the plate being too long. I could not make myself part out my 595/Ultimate II combo. That wheel base is shorter.
FYI Thats my speed baby in the back ground Shelby Lynn, trying to make me think she is as dedicated to her homework as she is to speedskating.

Tracy, you are soooo killin' me with those!! I can't decide which I like better, the Dominators or the boots. (Are mine done yet?)

I won't say a word about the plate length, but I have to take a swipe at you about the toe stops!!! Any lower and the front wheels wouldn't touch!

They dont get n the way racing but you cant shuffle worth a crap with them like that. DVW, I was at the Skate Zone Sunday with the kids. I thought I might see you there with yours. If you are in town this weekend maybe we can hang out Sunday afternoon at the Zone.

We were going to go Sunday, but my daughter had a monster math test to study for, so we spent the afternoon at the kitchen table instead. We'll almost certainly go this coming weekend, so hopefully I'll see you Sunday afternoon.

We had a good time. The crowd was small so the kids and I had room to skate. Shelby got to show off her skills so it shouldnt be hard to get them back this weekend too.

I would also like to know when and if these boots are going to be available. I had a pair FOREVER ago that got fried in a truck fire. I had the Oberhamer 351 Winner's Choice boot with Ultimate II plates and FanJets. I cried more about those skates than anything else in the truck or even the truck itself. They were the absolute most comfortable boot I have ever had. I have a pair of skates now that I couldn't tell you what kind they are because I don't really like them and don't skate much because I don't like them. And I found this forum searching for a new pair only to find out that you can't get them anymore - until the end of this thread brought a glimmer of hope!

Shay does travel alot with his day job. If he is home I always get an response from my emails the next day. I shot him one yesterday but he has not responded. This tells me he is out of town for a few days. My last email had all of the important questions about time frame and price. I should have something next week. I have skated on mine 4 times now. I am very pleased at this point in time. I will be skating again this weekend.
