I use these Custom Rims on all my skates. They are a lock nut with a shied that protects your bearings. This helps keep road gunk from getting to the bearing.

Nice item link there, but where is the SIZE SELECT button?
Unfortunately, these appear to be only available in 8mm size and are most likely marketed for the skateboard crowd.

The person who recommended these skates on a Dynapro...They are made for Roller Skates... to bad they dont make em in 7mm...:rolleyes:

A steeldisc, covering the bearing. Mostly needed whith open bearings outdoors.
(I use closed bearings)

Thats exactly what i use as spacers and covers. But the design of the one recommended up top only protects the front bearing... where as you can slide one of these on before the wheel to protect the back.
