Many visitors come to your local big skate event. The "in" thing is to wear your professional league hat. You know the hat refers to a city. The problem is, the caps only have one or two letters. So can you figure out where all these skaters are from? The first person to identify all the current team or city names for each of the caps in the image below gets awarded the distinguished forum title "All Knowing Senior Grandmaster of Sports Teams". (AKA - The Ultimate AKSGOST (Pronounced Axe-Ghost)) Please list your answers from left to right, top row to bottom row.
