WHEN SICK DON'T GO SKATING:
I was sick much of the day and only get sick about once a year. Sore body and a mild fevor. My kids were begging me to go skating and around 4:30PM I experienced what I thought was the end of it all.
After an hour of turns and footwork at the rink I began to relapse and spent the remainder on the sidelines watching the kids get around. The mind is there but the body says different.
Nothing to report but I sometimes think that just being there and even with a small practice some unrecognised progress was made.
