Winter skating groups in Michigan?

Hi there. I'm new here, and newly returned to skating after 2 yrs off. Does anybody know of a group in Michigan that is skating in the wintertime? I live about halfway between Ann Arbor, Michigan and Toledo, Ohio. I don't really like going to the rink by myself, but I haven't got any 'skate buddies' right now. Anyone help?

I'm from Michigan too but up in Saginaw. I know Stadium Roller Rink in Hillsdale has a very active and well coached team...and of course the Wolverines out of Roseville. Both appear to be over an hours drive though.

SSII Racing seems to have practices in Canton, Farmington and in Ohio.

Thanks for the info. I don't think I'm really cut out for speed racing at this point, but it's definitely something to keep in mind. :)
