I know this thread is quite old but I would like to share my experience on this topic. I had the same problem with my RB Twisters and I found out the problem is caused by a wierd molded shape combined by a bad liner design. The liner has a big seam (http://www.skatelogforum.com/forums/...pictureid=6350) on the middle which makes it very thin in exactly at that spot where the weird shape is. I solved the problem by switching to an Intuition V2 Liner but I guess any liner without such seam will make it. It is of course a quite big investement for an upgrade for a pair of skates that are already expensive. As an alternative you maybe can put a neoprene patch over the seam on the stock liner.
