Did 7 miles on the hilly loop at a much higher intensity than usual. Made myself throwup trying to hang with the local fast skaters. Worked on trying to get low and push through the heels. Still raising the toe and my foot is angled out when I draw it back before set down. Did 90 wonderful situps and I enjoyed feeling muscles in my midsection beneath the fat layer.
