I only do the 26.2 once a week. And yes, and no to the energy. By the night time I've already done 6-12 miles in the morning but at a slow relaxed pace. I don't feel refreshed as if I skated in the morning, but I feel that I can sustain the HR for the duration. I also started to use GU, or similar products, which has helped a lot to even out how I feel.
