Internationally, inliners were allowed for some years. Eg: canadian team taht won the Womens championships in 1992, or canadian team taht get promoted to World "A" 2001.

I dont think that the TRADITIONAL RINK-HOCKEY national teams are still using these kind of skates at an international level. In my country, inline skates are used for kids learning. Quad skates are used to higher level of knowledge. You see, to paly rink-hockey, you dont have ONLY to be fast. You have to have SKILS!
