I'm doing some 1 hour sessions 3-4 times a week in preparation for the Fort De Soto 10k in St. Pete 8/20. Resistance work through hill climbs and intervals. Technical drills during recovery periods. Skated our Thursday night Baldwin Park session last night (11 miles). More later.
