14 miles on the hilly loop. Max heart rate 178 with an average of 152 bpm. Didn't work as hard overall but did focus on trying to get low and extending my heel more. I know that my top speed is better with the refinements I am trying to make in my skating. I need to get more consistent with the application of good technique. Did 90 sit ups and now I feel relaxed and happy.
