Carbs are evil. There are food carbs and bad carbs. If you must have things like pasta, bread etc, have them at lunch or earlier. Not for dinner. Also if you drink alcohol, that puts on and keeps the weight on. If I want to lose some inches off my middle, I just cut out wine, and the weight falls off. But then it comes back on...coz I like my wine Good luck with it.
