I've tried the 'outdoor wheel' design (in an indoor duro... 95A), both indoors and outdoors.
They were OK for both... maple floor with 1 year old Roll-on coating, and smooth, shiny concrete), but fantastic on neither.
I actually tried a few laps on them during warm-up's at Nationals last year...
the plastic hubs really slow the wheel down.
Nice and light though.
The big zig-zag grooves offer no discomfort when rolling.
I thought the wheels performed better on the shiny, smooth concrete floor (derby track)... minimal slippage, easy to maneuver, light weight.
