Fourteen miles on the hilly loop averaging 14 mph. Max heart rate was 182 with an average heart rate of 163. Found out that I need to get lower and I still need to stop the toe flick. 90 situps when I got home. Great workout and I feel wonderful. Relaxed and peaceful. The best part of the day.
