ITALIAN DRESSING
6 TBSP OLIVE OIL
3 TBSP WINE VINEGAR
1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED IN A GARLIC PRESS
TSP. SALT
1/8 TSP PEPPER
1. Place all ingredients in a screw-top jar, shake well, and chill.
2. Just before serving, beat or shake thoroughly.
3. About 1 cup dressing

ANCHOVY DRESSING:

SAME AS ABOVE RECIPE + 1 TSP prepared mustard and 2 finely chopped anchovy fillets to jar before shaking.
