Jessica, glad to hear you're okay. Do you think that your busted helmet would fit in dave Morgan's mouth? All in favor, say 'I'.
All kidding aside, very funny, Dave. |

Nice try Dave M. Trying to undermine Jessica and my wedding plans. I believe I get it now. I know you thought just because we have the first name she might just fall for it. Not a chance, her head is much thicker than that.
"Frankengurl" is going to have to rest for a few days until the stitches take and her neck bolts come in. Until then we've put her in the padded room and feed her icecream and cookies through the slot in the door. Speedysktr, Thanks my good man for all of your efforts. You are an excellent friend. |

degerescher - (If that is your real user name)
As if my Queen would consort with a "junior member." As if! You are delusional and obviously undermedicated if you think that she was ever serious about you! You were nothing but a tryst, an experiment, a lark that she laughed about for weeks afterwards. I on the other hand have captivated her heart and ensnared her soul in silken cords of passion. Good luck with your weak efforts to break us apart. Her memory will return, and with her memory will come her ravenous appetite for "Mr. Fantastic." Oh yes, she was my buttonchops and I was .... Mr. Fantastic! Back off, she's mine, all mine! |

Jess, glad you're all in one piece. Sorry 'bout the headache. You guys fighting over her is too funny. Poor Jess. What a choice. A Code Monkey-poser, or a guy who calls you buttonchops. |

Glad you are ok and don't have a concussion!
My only concussion was years ago while inline skating without a helmet (I was also holding XC ski poles and spinning from forward to backward skating - not a recommended combo). So I concur with you about wearing a helmet! |

Oh, and, event if the helmet looks ok, get a new one. Those things are only designed to save your brain once. Dev. |

Dang, I thought I had her with the cookies and icecream for sure. Oh well, I guess I'll just go to the batting cages with my son and then skate off into the sunset. Wait...Wait...I feel a bluegrass banjo song comin on.

Man, what gives! I go out for a couple of hours fishing and BAM! A whole new thread, action, tawdry romance(s), secret liasons (only one skater for me?, hmmm) blood & gore! Wow! What a forum!
Either way Jessica, glad you're OK, but all you would have had to do was tell me you weren't comfortable skating with me, I would have let you off the hook. Will any of your compadres still skate? If so, dinner Saturday? JB |

LOL! Shhhhh, don't tell anyone about that!!!!!!
Thanks for the well wishes everyone. Jon B. - left you guys a message (on the phone). I can't go only cuz I'm not allowed to put the helmet back on. I could come out and try to run maybe, depending on how my head feels tomorrow. Dinner - for sure.

Whew, that was an emotional rollercoaster of a thread! Glad to hear your all right Jessica. A few days off without skating sucks, but could've been worse. Though you're hard-core,don't think about trying to ducktape your helmet to your head and go skating!

Jess.......Gurl!
That helmut needs to be SAVED as a reminder to others as to why they should wear their helmuts!!! You may have almost lost your ear (hey look at Van Gogh and all that he created with only one ear. Granted, he cut it off himself) but your head is intack. Take it easy tomorrow..... you have nothing to proove. Take care of you, Liz
