Default About form

One more thing about form. The way I was taught and skated speed was: Toe Stop take off with 2 steps. Transition to duckwalk for about 6 steps. Transition to stroke/stride for straightaway from that point on. Just before the turn, plant both feet, bend and start the lean. There is no pushing for about 1/4 of the way into the turn. After the first quarter into the turn transition into crossovers till the turn is completed. Immediatly change from crossover back into Stroke/Stride till the next turn.
