Default This is Bigger than Ikea Gurl

Who was the big alarmist about this? Mort I think. Is alarmist a bad word? Yeah, I think it carries a negative connotation. Call it justified alarmist. I knew there was another subliminal reason I left California.

I wasn't as hopped up. I knew the ocean could absorb a lot, even mitigate it some. High radiation is nothing new to the earth. But damn. There is just no capping this gusher of radiation. It's just going to keep coming. The world is going to end in 12 years? Might be. But not from climate. From all this radiation.

It was foot to big and Wired always argued against the fact, I agreed with footy, this was 4-5 years ago, and as buckyballs released in the 60's were nanomites, what's a little nanomite food.(glowing particles)

Oh, Foot2big. I was just thinking, the only way to shut that up is to pour molten lava on it. You can't get at it to remove the radioactive material. I think best case for someone going in with protection is 30 minutes, then dead. But, as far as I know, we really can't create lava. But, how bout molten lead. We just need to create a barrier between the water, that comes in and goes out, carrying radiation with it, and the radioactive material. I forget if the rods are still hot. That should have mitigated by now. Molten lead. Hmm. That's an idea. But I wonder how much of it would be needed?

These are the facts today.

Fukushima Daiichi Status Updates
8 October 2019
On 8 October 2019, Japan provided the IAEA with a copy of a report on the discharge record and the seawater monitoring results at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station during September, which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has sent to all international Missions in Japan.

The report contains information on discharges from the subdrain and groundwater drain systems, as well as on groundwater bypassing conducted during the month of September. In both cases, in advance of the action, TEPCO analyzes the quality of the groundwater to be discharged and announces the results. These results confirm that the radiation level of sampled water are substantially below the operational targets set by TEPCO.

The facts speak for themselves, I have no interest in you newest conspiracy theory.
