FROM SKATELOG FORUM HOST KATHIE FRY IN MARCH OF 2020:
This announcement is to let everyone know that after hosting the SkateLog Forum and its predecessors for nearly 20 years, I have decided it is time to permanently turn the forum over to a new owner and administrator. I cannot think of anyone more suitable to take on that role than my SkateLog forum co-host, Florida skater Jessica Wright. I am pleased to announce that Jessica has agreed to establish and host a brand new skating forum, configured like the SkateLog Forum, but with a new name and a new Web Site. This new forum is 100% owned and operated by Jessica.

NEW FORUM NAME: SkateDebate Forum
NEW WEB SITE: SkateDebate.com
NEW OWNER AND ADMINISTRATOR: Jessica Wright

Default Ride in the Vineyards of Burgundy (France)

Hello skaters !

Once again, Mardi C'est Roller is organising Roller rides, mixing km and discovery:

- September 2007, second week : the "RiDe in the Vineyards of Burgundy”: a one-week ride through the vineyards of Burgundy, north (Chablis) and south (Beaune, Nuit St George), discovering the region highlights (the Vezelay Basilica, the Halles of Beaune...) and testing local gastronomy (snails, Gougère...),

- Paris-Moscow 2008: a big and nice project, to link Paris to Moscow, i.e. ~3000km, in 5-6 weeks during summer 2008 (some bikes will come with us too).

To get more information on these 2 projects, visit our website www.mardicestroller.com. You will be also able to register to a specific mailing list to share and follow everything about the organisation.

Do not hesitate to spread out the news !!!!

Kind regards

Arno

Skating thru vineyards in France sounds great. I think I found this
main page for RDViB 2007 and
English-language description of the week.

(but I didn't see any obvious links to those from Mardi c'est Roller home page)

It's a bit late to add a comment, but having participated in last year's Rando des Dunes V2, I was looking forward to participating if at all possible (it's not) since I heard of Mardi c'est Roller's plans for this year from Xavier during Finline,

While we were severely rained in last time round, our tour along the Atlantic Ocean was very memorable for the great company and outstanding efforts of "la cuisine". I don't have access to my pics right now which would amply illustrate my enthusiasm, but am positive this skating inspection of Burgundy's treasures will turn out to be a truly wonderful tour.
