The question is where and how does Kathie put this advice in an active area.

And more so how do we get new members to learn and easily apply this stuff.

Maybe someplace in the FAQ, yet many don't read the rules and just jump in headstrong.

Kathie has these smilies over on the side maybe that is the ticket. I am not sure how much she can control with this S/Ware. If she could add some panes during a posting session we might get some of this stuff fixed. Particularly getting rid of the pictures repeated on and on by many posters would be nice.

Kathie, Maybe you can go back to the S/W people you are paying to make some S/W updates for your needs. I am thinking of a block just below the smilies would be the easiest S/W upgrade and easier than panes.
