Default Is this a Boen "Speed" truck?

I got this truck with with my Boen Specials and its just been sitting around for awhile now but the other day i seen a photo of a Boen Speed plate sitting right next to a Boen Special plate, It could clearly be seen that the "Speed" plate had a higher ground clearance and could accept a bigger diameter wheel. When i seen that pic i thought that maybe they got the higher clearance by using a different truck, this truck is exactly the same to look at as my "Special" trucks except the pivot pin is a bit longer so is this correct or can this truck be identified as something else???

Default Not sure

Pivot looks a bit too long for a Boen Speed. Also the finish a bit too shiny.

But I am no expert.

Has that truck been cracked? it looks like the pivot pin has slipped out a bit.
Also what is that axle? it looks like a sure grip?

The casting mark down the side definately doesnt look like a Boen, mine are finished much nicer than that. The axle doesnt look Boen and my 'speed' pivot pin is not that long.
So what is it ?

I thought the casting mark might be a ground and polished weld, the truck looks like a Boen, the axle is something else, and the kingpin looks like a Boen kingpin that has dropped out, which happens when they crack.

There are other trucks out there that look very similar to Boen.
Laser for a start, they have been around for a while.
Are the flips held in by a rollpin or a rivet pin?
I think I have a flip axle same as this down the shed, it came out of a very beat set of Flyer 5, but the trucks all had mismatched flip axles.
We need Docsk8, he might know.

I have had a close look at it and it definately is identical to my Boen Special trucks so im pretty confident that it is a Boen, but yes the axle would of had to have been replaced at some time as its definately not a Boen original, it does have a rolled pin in the flips too. Im guessing that the pivot may have slipped out, it looks to be in excellent condition and there doesnt seem to be any cracks but yes the casting is a little wider than my specials so i guess it may have been welded at some point etc I might try to knock it back in a little to see if it moves at all but it looks pretty solid where it is.

Thanks Doc, It looks like it is a Lazer. I went through all the bits and pieces that came with my Boens and put together the rest of the truck, I didnt do this before because it looked so similar to the Boen one i didnt worry about it. I had a lot of bits and pieces (8mm, skateboard and other stuff come with the plates) I just thought the cushions and cups etc all went with something else, as others have mentioned here Lazer was different and this one in the pic is clearly the same so i think it is definately solved Lazer it is... Thanks everyone for the comments....

Yes it really looks like a Lazer truck
I've listed the different models and trucks in this page (in french http://rollerquad.net/platines/platines-lazer/)

Lazer used to have long trucks and short trucks. On Lazer speed skating, the trucks where long, on the other model there're short.

the long truck (on the left is an 8mm, and the short truck a 7mm)
