Default quad speed in western canada?

I love quad skating and am in love with derby but I find a need to go faster longer then derby requires. Was wondering if anyone is aware of any speed skating happening in Western Canada? If anyone can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

I don't know if they are doing any quad, but there is a newer small speed team in Lynden WA. Just across the street from Canada.
They are having a one day speed meet June 10th if you would like to come down and watch.

You may want to send a PM to Skate Mech here on the forum. He and his wife are derby skaters who are training on quads with a speed team, mostly inliners, somewhere around Calgary I think. Here is a thread that he and his wife (Negative Nancy) posted not long ago here on the forum with a question about form. Shoot one of them a PM.

Question wondering?

Does anyone have any info that might be useful if I were to start-up my own quad-speedskating organization? Does anyone know links to track dimensions for it and general rules? I know absolutely nothing except that we go as fast as we can and use as hard as possible wheels. Please guide me to where I need to be to further this endeavour.

You'd probably want to touch bases with RSC (Roller Sport Canada).
