Picked up some trash tonight
![]() My question is what to do with the wheel. Just ride on it and see what happens? Or is it possible to repair such a hole in a way? It's a Bont Mayhem 85a. And though it looks yellow and used in the picture it still is a nice set of wheels. Thanks in advance ![]() ![]() |

Time to get a new set! no ability for repair. Too many variables for further damage.

How the heck did that happen? Especially when a wheel doesn't have much time to spin before the screw would pass by one of the other wheels. Is this a 3 wheel or 4 wheel frame (that would explain it)?
As for the wheel, either put it on the mantle or throw it away. It's done. Don't risk your safety to save money.

Thanks. Being a cheapskate / Dutch it's hard! But I will bin the wheels.
It's a 4 wheel frame and it happened to the second wheel. Maybe the first wheel flipped the screw up. There was a lot of sound and it slowed me down considerable. But being part of a Friday night skate I could not stop in the middle of the road so it took me about 5 meter to find a safe spot. That makes 15 rotations. My young daughter was with me (proud dad) so I have been trying all night to avoid the dirty and rough sections of road. Guess even skaters can have a flat ![]() |

You're lucky that it didn't stop you dead in your tracks.

Yup, even in the Netherlands. I've also had three "screwed" flats with my car in about ten years. They should make screws way more expensive!
