Hay first, it has been a while. How you been? I don't drop in that often any more. Getting old, Stopped racing, twice, then got my card again today. Might give it one more year. (Said the before)
Way out of shape and training but at my age not many to race out here.

About to turn 78. Skating better than ever.
It's a gene thing.
But, recovery takes longer. Can only skate about 3X per week.

No trouble skating, but training and competing indoor gets harder. True I haven't trained much the last few years. Been working on other things.

Training and competition are for the younger in years.

Fun and enjoyment are for the young at heart. Do yourself a favor. Loosen up and just enjoy the roll. You don't have to be top dog to enjoy the company of the pack!!!
