if the hubs of the wheels are not designed to accept mini bearings, then the answer is no. The mini's will be too small to fit in the regular hub spacing.

I used to have some micro bearings that came with "sleeves" that acted as adaptors.

ughh I really wanted some mini bearings because they seem to be a lot faster, i have abec 9 bearing but idk, when i spin the wheels by holding the bearings on my thumbs, it goes really fast but when i put it on that frame and tight it, it spins really slow :S and sometimes it feels weird when i am skating..
by the way, hub you mean the whole where the screw goes?

the hub is the actual space in the wheel that the bearing fits in to.

Are you over tightening the wheel? They should be just tight enough for the bearing to spin freely but not so tight that they slow the bearing down.

i believe i am not over tightening because if i keep it less tight than it is atm, the wheel spin but really uneven and i know that it's not good..
also i was looking on this website and found this

the INSIDE bore of the bearing is 8mm... what is different is the OUTSIDE diameter of the mini bearings

its like trying to put a 18" tire on a 16" wheel
