dont go by that, Razor has common shell sizing. one moment and ill get an accurate chart....

Razor skates run about 1/2 size small on classic models (Shima 3, Cult's), and True to size on newer models (shima 5, Shima 6, team, gen 4) The shell sizes for all razor skates run in size ranges, which makes it easy to upsize or down size as long as you are staying your determined shell range. Razor boots are average in width.
Old razor shell sizing 1.(5-7) 2.(8-9) 3.(10-11) 4.(12-13)
New razor shell sizing 1.(6-7) 2.(8-9) 3.(10-10.5) 4.(11-12) 5.(13-14)

sizes are US btw
