Don't worry, I speak French.

So, these are Grinder plates, they are made by Hawaii Surf like the Lazer's and some other. They are made for quad vert. They are quite heavy but solid. They are also often used for quad downhill setups because they are stable.

Similar to this, Monolith (also by Hawaii Surf) plates are for quad aggressive. They are in one plastic piece and have no trucks. They are designed by Luc Bourdin and are only avaible in size 42 (9us).

Default Weird site - no option for size to order?

This French site also has the Lazer Millenium plate that I want but only in one single size on the drop down menu. Odd?

Humm Lazers are normally avaible in multiple sizes, I think one size for each centimeter.

The trucks look allright, but I'm not so sold on the plates. They look bulky. Are they meant to slide? I cannot tell from the pic. If not, then I wouldn't want them.

They look look they're made for grinding on the plate to me. nice thick nylon there. I've been looking for a tracker like plate or maybe throwing some rollergirl big trucks on an old sure grip plate sounded fun but now I think I want a set of these.
gonna have to wait a while though.... to many other projects going on atm

Maybe may....It's a 3 paycheck months for me!! =)

I wish there was a "contact us in english" link ROFL so many questions.....

Yes they are meant for slide/grind, but like I said they are heavy.

Are those holes for attaching your own slide material? I would stick a piece of UHMW there and use those holes to attach it. Like ice baby!
