Default Titanium Flip Axles

Has anyone tried DerbySmack's titanium 7mm flip axles in DA5 trucks ? What do you think of them ?

I am buying Avenger plates and DerbySmack has an option of 7mm flip axles provided with the DA45 trucks, or the 7mm Titanium flip axles. I am considering the titanium axles for an extra $18, but I dont have any experience with them. A few skaters in my league have had problems with the flips on some DA45 axles so I thought I might try the titanium ones if they are better.

Info here ...

I got some for the Missus' Avengers. Be careful pressing them in. I bent one in the process and had to get another. Nathan was very helpful with supplying just a single axle all the way out to Aussie land. Second time around i reamed out the trucks a little and this helped allot. The center section around the spline was fractionally larger than the sure grip items.

The missus has been derby training on them for 6 months or so with no issues. No slipping axles, bends etc. She is a lightweight thou and not sure how much I would trust them for derby, jumping ect at my weight after seeing how easy they can bend. The center drilled part that hold the spring is a real weak point.

Thanks for the feedback

I have decided to buy them and also a few extra 7mm threaded DA45s as a backup as they are cheap
