Been doing a little Yoga on my own. Now I joined a class. Loved it.
I noticed how many muscles were constantly being engadged to hold my one foot chair pose. I’m excellent on one foot on skates. Always so much to learn though.

Not a fan of stretching muscles that aren't warmed up by exercise, they have no blood flow and the attachments (ligiments, tendons), are just not supple, I prefer to roll muscles with a Triggerpoint roller, no stress to ligimants and tendons, extremly supple muscles with no possible ripping and no strain on joints, much better than massage and after the initial purchase, free.
So do a rolling session, loosen up the joints in a hot tub, then Yoga ![]() JMHOYMMV |
