Default Trails in Missouri?

Anybody know some good skating trails in Missouri? I recently got outdoor wheels and would like to venture out in them!

I'm not aware of any in the SW section of the State.

There are several paved bike/skate/run trails up in the St. Louis area if you are ever up that way:
-the trail around Forest Park http://www.stlbiking.com/Trail-ForestPark.htm http://www.mv24.org/fp1.html
-the trail around Creve Couer Park http://bicycling.trimbleoutdoors.com...?tripId=131788
-and one towards South STL http://www.bikegrantstrail.com/
- there is also a decent stretch of road set aside for biking/skating etc. out between Alton IL and Perre Marquette State Park http://www.mv24.org/river.html . It's pretty humid there along the river and not much shade but a decent out and back.

rustyrazorskates...I know you.

I'm having the same problem. No good trails. Galloway trail is too dirty with debris. I skated the McDanial park trail last night and it was worthless, plus I was stalked by a pedorass (pedophile), and where I used to skate out in Rogersville now has loose dogs. It's usually better to skate in two's than alone. I have discovered that Springfield is the worst place for a skater to live. Nothing good to skate on.

If you want to skate outside, let me know when you see me at the next speed practice.

Default Current St Louis trails and conditions ???

My wife and I are going to be in St Louis next week (Aug 25-29) and would like to know about trails and conditions.

We are staying near the arch. Busy with class all day.

Anybody care to 'show us the town' on skates?

Gotta be someplace cool to skate there along the riverfront, and around the arch. I'm not from there, and have never skated there, but we have enjoyed visiting there. Check out the City Museum.
