Default Orangatang Kegel 80mm 83a

Hi all,

I've been testing the Orangatang Kegel 80mm 83a wheels during the last weeks, narrowed to 43mm width (made SideSet), and these seems a very good option for speed outdoor skating (ie: Skating Marathons).

I tested the 80a version before, and it's dificult to say which one is better. Both of them are excelent wheels, I do believe the best wheels I used so far. Maybe the 83a could be a bit faster in a good asphalt while the 80a could be better when the asphalt is not as it should be.

Below you can see a couple of pics.

I guess, narrowed to 33mm or 35mm wheels could be even better (and lighter... in fact, narrowed to 33mm means 150gr). I will try another set narrowed to 33mm in 80a durometer during the followings weeks or months.

For anyone interested in, I wrote a blog post in the Madrid Roller Quad web site, where you can see more pics (well, is written in Spanish, but you could try to translate with Google).
