I like it!! Maybe they could incorporate both to show that the race is an event for all skating levels.

Default Bont Booth

The Bont Booth will be back again this year; as long as there aren't any freak accidents the weekend before like last year.

Thanks bro.

I'm slowly working on finishing it,, simply for the sake of completing something I started only.

I'll post the final art work when I finish....

For some reason, it reminds me of a Wheaties box.

When I started with the design, I had asked my friend how to export eps files and such. After seeing what I was up to, he decided to give me a little friendly competition.

He said that he hated mine and couldn't make out what the shape was that I had used to represent the squirrel. I told him to go and pound sand.

Anyway, he sent me his artwork and I just about died laughing. And I thought the original one was gay. Wait till you get a load of this.

But hey, maybe I'm wrong. Maybe this is the sort of thing that gets the kids up and out, excited to skate.

BTW: My friend is notorious for his bad spelling. See if you can spot his short coming.. And yes he did have the original to copy from...

I think it's cute You'd be surprised how many people say 'Squiggly'. I guess it sounds more 'squirrelly'

Here's one more that I just threw together for the hell of it.

What screams inline racing more than an unattractive woman? ...

Of course I would never expect any of these to replace the original, I'm just simply amusing myself...

Default Survey from Squiggy

Please take our survey at

The more answers we get the better can we make Squiggy Classic Inline 2009

All surveys submitted before January 15, 2009 will participate in a drawing for a free entry for the 2009 race. If you are already signed up for the 2009 race, you will still be able to participate in the drawing. Additional comments are also encouraged!

If you did not participate in Squiggy Classic Inline 2008, please leave us a a note to let us know what we can do to make the race attractive to you.

Thanks in advance for your viewpoints, they are highly appreciated!

And yes we do know it is a long survey - but well we have a lot of questions

Best regards and all that :-) from the event coordinators Jessica Wright and Birgit Holme

Result of Squiggy Survey

Congratulations to Don Patton!!

Jessica acted as notarius publicus and picked Don's name out of the hat.

Don got the free entry to Squiggy Inline Classic 2009.

Thanks for all the very good input/comments we got, your help and viewpoints are very highly appreciated by both Jessica and I.

Thanks, Birgit! I've already entered and paid for this year's event, so I'd like to donate the winning entry amount back to the event.

Wauww thanks Don! That was nice of you! Sure we'll accept that!

We will spend the money wisely and make it a great event for all skaters.

JB; nice photo of you, when was it taken??

If you want to make sure to get one of the totally cool and very usable t-shirts that you only will find from Squiggy Classic Inline, please make sure to sign up before Feb 15, 2009.

Till that date it will cost you the very low and unbeatable price of $55 for a whole weekend of skating (3 skates - fun and competition) after Feb 15. we will raise the price to $65, still very low.

Sign up here http://www.active.com/page/Event_Det...4-a259532acbb5

Why was it you wanted to sign up early... because you wanted to make it more easy on Jessica and I.

We have already secured some price money for the advanced cat. as well as some cool skate products for the general raffle.

Don't hesitate to sign up, we know you'll love skating in sunny Florida this March

Picture was taken the day after ldskater's birthday, right before he diced me with his car. Apparently there was some latent fear arising from his realization that we were now competing in the same age group. In the words of the immortal Nino R. "Who is this Jon Snyder, who is this guy?!"
