The Department of Justice Calls Donald Trump a Felon

Federal prosecutors released sentencing recommendations for two alleged criminals who worked closely with Donald Trump: his lawyer Michael Cohen, and campaign manager Paul Manafort. They are filled with damning details. But the most important passage by far is this, about Trump’s fixer: “Cohen himself has now admitted, with respect to both payments, he acted in coordination with and at the direction of Individual-1.”

The payments in question, as the document explains, concern a payoff to two women who claimed to have affairs with Trump. The payments, according to prosecutors, were intended to influence the campaign, and thereby constituted violations of campaign finance law. They have not formally charged Trump with this crime — it is a sentencing report for Cohen, not Trump — but this is the U.S. Department of Justice calling Trump a criminal.

The Cohen case paints Trump as a FELON, the Mueller case just adds more criminal evidence, Now, Trump's defying of the Constitution concerning blocking subpoenas and not allowing his administration personnel to Testify in front of Congress is just more icing on the cake.
Formal pre impeachment hearings are taking place, before Democrats blow their wad.....the whole public should be made aware of Trumps list of crimes to gain public opinion in the impeachment of a United States President.

So far.....charging a sitting president with a felony is off the table, but after this fiasco, Congress will amend the Constitution to prevent such Idiocracy, this Republican party will be replaced by actual loyal Americans and the rule of law will again be what determines the everyday activities of the American Government.

Bunch of non-sense. The Dems are crying wolf and pointing away from themselves. That is what this is. That is what Russia was. Now that Russia has been put to bed, a recent quote from the Hill was, EVERYTHING Trump does is obstructing justice. Well, if "Justice" is defined as the Leftist Agenda, then that is true. It's just not a crime. Truly Silly Putty.

Here we have a person that can't discern fact from fiction, so "believe" is a "relitive" word.

Why do Republicans depend on faith, not science for their facts?

Faith...make up anything, great, give "tithe" to an invisible thing, aka, the world's oldest Ponzi scheme.

Science, facts, intelligence, the opposite of "Faith".

Facts....Trump is a Russian asset.
Putin....is REAL American's enemy.
Trump..lost 8% of his base in '18, IS losing anyone with a sense of survival, daily.
Was exposed last night as a 1 trillion dollar loser in the 80's, will be exposed as a 10 billion dollar person in dept to Russia WHEN the 90's-2000 tax releases are public.

So go ahead and file for a no collusion case, it makes so much sense to do so. Attorney General said no colusion.. etc. So go ahead, stick a person after they have been cleared...

You are of course correct, Trump is breaking Constitutional, Federal and State laws, he has no legal standing.
Ferocious either doesn't understand what's happening (Likely) or is trolling just to be troll (naively).

The Law will steamroll right over this Russian Gang in the White House.

One Thousand signatures and counting.

Default Another Irony

Ironic that Barr gives all that can be given with the least redactions to stay within the boundries of the law, then gets contempt. LOL, you cannot give more than the law allows, it's "illegal", oh wait, that is what goes on at the border right, it's OK to do "illegal". So Barr follows the guildelines of the law and the dims want him to break the law or else get contempt.. what a bad joke. So if he were to break the law and give unredacted report, he faces jail time.. people aren't as stupid as you dims give them credit to be. I find that kind of amusing, that people can see what you think they cannot.

When you ignore the Facts, it's Christmas every day.

Barr ignored Muellers summation of his two years of investigation.
Barr changed Muellers summation, Mueller indicated that Congress should take all the evidence he gathered and hold hearings to decide in the Publc eye exactly what occured, not in the interaction between the Trump Campaign and Russia, but in the obstruction the Trump White House has systematically carried out from day one.

Barr ignored a subpoena from the House to appear and answer questions, the House served him with a warrant of Contempt.

The house is the body that has the authority to take a special report and all it contains excepting Grand Jury Evidence and make a judgement.

The Grand Jury Evidence can be released by a Federal Judge when it is requested.

Again, the House has the authority to recieve the Special Council's Report, unredacted, Barr is Obstructing Justice.

Trump is Obstructing Justice by ignoring the House Request for all evidence or material concerning Russia and the Trump Russian Collaboration.

Trump is outside of the Law, Trump is not supported by the Law, Trump is not supported by the Constitution, Trump is directing others to break the Law and the Constitution.

No it's not ironic that Barr didn't give the House the redacted and evidentiary parts of the report, it's illegal.

He's being held in Contempt for not appearing to Congress when Subpoenaed.

As he is guilty of Lying to Congress...Barr will soon be in font of the Bar.

the prosecutors were giving their opinion on obstruction of justice. trump would face impeachment here's a article discribing that process https://www.cato.org/publications/white-paper/indispensable-remedy-broad-scope-constitutions-impeachment-power?gclid=CjwKCAjwiN_mBRBBEiwA9N-e_mpKUENTI4qHhZtHJinzRfc-RyZ50YBz8Pg0-22HhGB8SHmDmzkoURoCB28QAvD_BwE

Regardless of your politics you should realise the US Dept of Justice was not calling individual 1 a criminal. They stated Cohen said individual 1 committed acts which represent felonies. This does not mean they took place. It would be up to a court to decide if individual 1 committed the acts described, not the Dept of Justice, not CNN and not anyone on this forum.

Point taken, he wasn't called a criminal during the Congressional Session, he was called an un-indighted co-conspiritor, the other conspirator entered a federal penitentiary last friday, the acts that were charged against Cohen, Trumps co-conspiritor were felonies, and Trump IS a co-conspiritor, Tomato-tomato, potato-potato.
If it walks like a duck, sounds like a duck and flies like a duck.... it's a duck.

Trump is operating outside of the law, he's an outlaw.

Default the Emmitt Till murderer's trial compared with "the Trump situation"

to be clear... this posting is not about racism. It is about when commitment to ideology (party) overrides ethics.

For those not familiar with the horrific torture/murder of Emmitt Till, the so-called "trial' and resulting exoneration of the men who are now known to be fully and completely guilty... here is the condensed version. Whites ginned up an alleged offense by black male youth Emmitt towards a white woman and used the invented offense as a reason to torture and kill Emmitt. At the faux trial the white jury found the white defendants not guilty. Now, via the revelations of the woman central to the fabricated offense and others the truth of the horrific torture/murder and the undeniable guilt of the killers is known.

How do I connect this to "the Trump situation"?

The the public in general and specifically the racist white jury felt it was OK for whites to torture and kill blacks.

And so, similarly... today it seems that entrenched republicans in the U.S. Congress (both House and Senate) are only able to back up their republican party leader Trump despite growing incontrovertible evidence of guilt. The U.S. House of Representatives could (should? will?) impeach Trump but it would be a moot, useless and wasteful effort if the knee-jerk republican-controlled Senate is pre-programmed to say 'not guilty' to the impeachment charges. In essence saying, "We have to be 'right' even though we know damned well we are fully wrong."

SO

Racist whites found other racist whites not guilty despite the truth.

I believe the republican Senate would find republican Trump not guilty despite overwhelming proof.

Who will end up on the truthful side of today's history? Go ahead... prove me wrong.

IF he is guilty, he is guilty and should be punished, so you have more evidence than Barr? Prove it! I'm sure if your dim buddies could get the info you are holding they would be pleased.....

It's fruitless to talk to a bag of hammers.
When a person has no ability to understand facts, they are a bag of hammers.
Trump hasn't been charged with Felonies (of which he is guilty of hundreds) because he is currently POTUS, simple to understand, unless you are a bag of hammers.

Barr outright lies every time he opens his mouth, soon he will be disbarred, a Presidential Pardon won't restore a disbarred lawyers ability to practice law.

Everyone that has ever become entangled in Trumps Felonious Schemes has been burnt or become bankrupt or lately...gone to jail, every one involved in Trumps current Schemes will also be burnt, bankrupted and see the inside of Federal Courtrooms, followed by Federal Jails.

Or, flee to Russia.

Luckily, after the Senate becomes Democratic in 2020, Congress can declare the Cyberwar Russia is sustaining against the US a War, and retroactively bring to Trial all the Russian Agents now sprinkled in the US Government, and after convictions, do to them what America does to Treasonous Americans.
(The ones that haven't fled to Russia)
