Default HUGGERS

Lets See Huggers Were White Somewhere Around $80.00 A Set And After 200 Laps Or So They Faded To A Cream Color And They Were No Good For Competing Anymore.
That Was 30 Years Ago.
My Grand Daughter Is Skating On Her Mom's (my Daughter) First
Pair Of Xl Racing Skates From 1973
And I Put A Set Of The Old Green Blazers On Them.
The Blazer Is A Smaller Wheel About The Size Of The Old Wooden Wheel. Which Is A Good Size For Young Racers.

Brikee do you remember?
I remember I raced them every year at regionals, show me show down, tulsa, wichita, little rock...... The floor was that same (puzzled type) P.O.S. that we always raced on, but this was when Dante began to start winning and Tony wanted "it" also so the brothers pushed eachother and the show was on. There was one race at wichita that I wish the lap rule was in effect for the final - almost got lapped on a 1500 meter race..... When Dante "opened up" and he was on his back two wheels ........ let's just say FAST was redefined.......

Do you have any new outdoor wheels in 100 mm and I may trade you for the fan jets if they are good..

I will call my mother tomorrow and tell her to send them to me then I will take some picks for you.

They will not be here soon and I am leaving for 3 weeks to Turkey for an AEF but if you are patient we may work something out.

Default Speed Wheels

After reading this thread I went into the garage and pulled these out. I have had these for over 20 years and I can't remember what kind they are.
If anyone has a better clue and can answer this....

I used to have satellite plates as well but I don't know where they are. The trucks were still attached to the wheels.

Thanks,

Jeff

Default Labeda/Vanguard Hugger Fan Jets

Hugger Fan Jets they are either Labeda or Vanguard manufactured. I have two sets. A-Town has a variety of Fan Jets. They are still popular.
