Cool I'm with you on that!!

Since I switched to Snyders I ahve had much less problems with my skates. And when I switched over to the Double Actions from Single in 1979 I virtually have had zero issues with the Snyder Super Deluxe set up.. And I have a second identical set of Super Deluxe's waiting in the wings if these every break.. And I skate a lot less, and much easier then I ever did in the past right now.. It could be old age and bad knees, ya think???

matrix plate now, nice, enjoy.

never again as far as i'm concerned... well especially now as i'm on roll line matrix frames haha!

Was the same person setting all the skates up? Snyders just don't break like that. Oh well, enjoy your Roll lines.

My synder SD plates were either defective, or just not able to stand up to my skating. Over the course of about 3 years, I had broken three king pins, including two of the "super tuff" unbreakables. When the fourth king pin broke recently, I found that the hanger went with it, and also found the hanger on another truck was broken but the king pin had not yet gone. I gave up and just changed to roll-line mistrals.

Yes, the pivot pins were adjusted right. Yes the action nut was adjusted in the right direction.

I am not saying all SD plates will have issues, maybe mine were lemons or maybe I was doing something wrong. But my experience with SD plates was not the best.
