Not sure what you're looking to do outside and what all surfaces you are going to be rolling on but like my wife says, the Velocity Race is a great wheel and they come with your 8mm id bearings. Over smooth surfaces they can't be beat but on other than smooth (washed out asphalt and what not) they will beat you. Not enough thane to absorb, well you know, don't have to tell you that.
Personally I prefer the Hyper Strada when I can find them but I'm thinking the Atom Road Hog isn't too far off from that. Hope you find what you're looking for.
