Exclamation replacing the boot... please help :]

I want to replace the skate boot on my skate with a converse sneaker.
Does anyone have any idea as to how i can do this by myself?
Please help me im getting sick of the uncomfortable boot i have.

look at how the current shoe (boot) is attached to the plate. do the same thing on the sneaker.

Default shoes

bills right, but you'll have to go to the hardware store and get some cupped washers though, they'll have a little recess in them for the bolt heads. or do it like doc does. other wise the bolts will pull through the shoes because the soles are soft.

when we use to mount sneakers we had a special mounting plate with bolts in it or holes that went across the inside sole so it wouldnt pull through, the cupped washers might not be enough

Ohhh okay.
i found a friend who knows how to do them so maybe i'd just rather him do it then me and screwing up the sneaker and stuff.
