These wheels are for derby as explained to me by anabolix. A very soft compund. NOT a speed wheel. And probably way to soft for heavier skaters. Maybe some more in the works though? Not sure. I hope so...

Dang!!! really? Bummer. I always associate green with hard and fast.
That sounds dirty. M even though I do derby, i like fast wheels. hmm, could be good for me to mix with cannibals.

Might not be good, as they are 64mm lol... Imma order me a set though, gotta have that wheel for its sexyness if nothing else. lol
I am also a lighter skater than some here, so might be an ok wheel for general skating. The search continues for good speed wheels though lol...

Derby Leagues have not always had the wonderful luck.. of having venues to skate in.. that can facilitate a derby track.. smooth floor.. and seating for several thousand people.
WE end up having to skate in some areas, that are less then optimal. **Though the MNRG venue's floor is awesome** many sister leagues arent so lucky. With that.. soft.. grippy wheels are a godsend. Fast rolling is great for non-contact speed heads that have nothing to fear but their own feet. These ladies are taking hits everywhere.. trying to stay in bounds.. with their feet under them. All while trying to hold grip to sport court.. smooth concrete with metal electical boxes on them..and occasional beer. Thus the reason that G and D Rods were soo well received this last year.. The Anabolix will be my wheel that I use.. when ALL ELSE FAILS. Or.. as training to give good resistance.. I would be willing to guess.. that this company wil grace us with MORE options as the company grows. RIght now.. the need was most definately!!!>.. Super Grip VS. Super Roll.

.As I posted the fact that it was a soft wheel, did you read the responses? But I am glad to see a new wheel emerge for some form of the sport.
