OK, I may be injured, but I have to get in on this...I pigged out the past couple of days and then saw the "challenge" and said to myself, "Oh crap...Ok, I started talking about it again, I gotta do this...."

Weighed this morning and I am back up two pounds again: 190.4

No body fat analysis, but it is "weigh" up there.

Goal weight this time: 180

Eventual goal weight: 150

Hi Jon,

Thanks for the vote of confidence! I'd like to get to the point where my screen name is "sculpted" but for now I'm "sculpin" which is a slow moving rock fish.

I topped out at about 191 and I've been as low as 180 in the past few weeks but I'm back up to 186 right now I'll be sweatting buckets at outdoor practice today though. My target is about 170. That ought to help.

May I join your weight pace line?

Two weeks ago at the gym I weighed 167. I would like to be at 162 for the Skate of the Union race on June 15. Longer term goal is to be at 157 for the Montreal 24-hour race.

I can also perform an independent verification and validation of Sheldon's progress at the Skate of the Union race. Maybe even post a picture so that everyone can rate his progress.

Honestly, the main reason I got fat was candy and pop, mostly. Definitely add in beer in there (especially in my college days), and I also love to eat in general, but I'm a sweets fiend. It's my biggest trip up all the time. Now we're in summer and I love ice cream too, it will be tough to stay away from that... but then I think to myself..

Sheldon...

Sheldon...

Sheldon...

mwhwhahahah!
