I have always wanted to know why the Roll-line artistic toe stops have holes in the & the Roll-line hockey ones don't. Can anyone answer this as I have always wanted to know why

actually the atlas toe stops had the holes before the rollines and another brand way back did too. i am not sure of the reasons for the holes, just a guess, kind of like a tire with tracks it grips the floor better and wont slip as much as a smooth solid toe stop. i hope theres a more technical answer then this out there.

It helps with any toes assisted jumps..
When you plant your foot you dont want it to slide.
Synder toes stops are slightly rounded on the tip.
When you plant your foot sometimes you would roll onto your ankle.
I did like snyder when it wore down abit. but no give..
Some of the soft toe stops would break right off the bolt.
That happened to me a few times.. till I got a toe stop with holes..
Its like Goldy Locks some are too soft and some too hard and the one with the holes are just right..
