Can You Identify This Vertical Roller Skater?

Can anybody help me identify this vertical roller skater from Chris Edwards' 2004 Monsters of Roll competition? He arrived later then the other skaters, I think shortly after the vert competition ended.

I should remember who he is but I'm embarrassed to say I'm not sure. Can anybody help?
