Shut Down Winnipeg Wheelies Rink Will Re-Open
The Wheelies Roller Centre in Winnipeg,Manitoba, Canada recently closed, but the owners have found a new and less expensive location a few blocks away. they plan to re-open by October 1, 2007. The new rink will be part of a multi-sport facility with roller skating, basketball, volleyball, and soccer. They plan to offer skating Tuesday through Saturday and court rentals for other sports on Sunday and Monday. I believe the new facility will be called the Wheelies Sports Complex.
